PeaceMind Tech Guarantee
If I’m unable to resolve the issue we’re working on, you won’t be charged for my time.
I believe you should feel comfortable asking for help without worrying about paying for a solution that I couldn’t provide.
No pressure. No confusing jargon. Just honest, straightforward tech support.
Meet Your Tech
With over six years of dedicated technical support experience, I’ve built my career around helping people feel more comfortable with technology. I currently provide technical and accessibility support to individuals with disabilities at a major tech company, where patience, understanding, and clear communication are just as important as technical knowledge.
But for me, helping with technology is about more than fixing a device. I genuinely enjoy helping people who may feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or simply unsure where to start. My additional experience working with older adults in nursing facilities has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and treating every person with dignity. I take the time to listen, understand what you need, and explain things at a pace that feels comfortable—without making anyone feel embarrassed for asking a question, no matter how simple it may seem.
Whether I’m troubleshooting a computer, setting up a phone, or helping someone learn a new app, my goal is always the same: to leave you feeling less frustrated, more confident, and knowing you have someone you can turn to when technology gets confusing.
That’s the kind of person I want to be—and the kind of support I created PeaceMind Tech to provide.
